Our fees are in line with the level of service you and your project needs. Depending on the scope of service needed, we factor in external cost associated with your project. This could be council fees, or other documents needed to ensure the design we prepare is appropriate and won’t cause you or your builder any issues during construction. From there we calculate the number of hours we need to prepare and complete your Concept Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation. We understand that each project is different and unique and the level of service may differ depending on your needs.

We are an Architectural Design practice that specialise in Custom residential designs, Alteration and Addition projects, and multi unite developments. I look after your project from concept design, through to construction documentation and everything in between. Its collaborative and refreshingly practical. At the end of our process we will hand over to you a complete pre-construction package that will include the final design, plans and permits which can then be handed over to your nominated builder. I also remain in contact with you during the build process. I’m not your typical Architect.

Our design process is centred around you the client. Together we iron out your design brief for your project, don’t worry we won’t bamboozle you with overworked concepts. We collaborate together during the design process, and we keep you informed at every step.

The short answer is yes. Our Architectural Design service caters to what your project needs in order to obtain all the permit required so that you can build. It’s common for all project to require secondary consultants to do their work as we move through the process. We work with may different consultants across the board and although they are our preferred, we are open to you selecting or finding your own consultants if you chose to. For all our client, we look after your project from start to finish.
